We are an investment and wholesale company owned and operated by Grant Cain and Johnny Gleue looking to make relationship with a high quality team of private money lenders. 

Grant is a father, entrepreneur and leader with more than 7 years of sales, marketing and management.  He enjoys a good challenge and is a team player.  He looks out for the well-being of all parties at all times.

Johnny is recently married to his wife Kristin who is an aspiring real estate agent.  Johnny sees an opportunity, has control of his investments, integrity, understanding the branch of ethics and how it’s important to run and scale business on those values. He strives to understand any given situation down to the nuts and bolts.  Basically not just conforming because of someones else’s perspective or I told you so attitude and is great and building relationships.

Together, Grant and Johnny created G & C Acquisition and Development LLC with the vision of creating financial freedom and generational wealth for themselves and their children.  Not only that but they have a passion for real estate and their community.  One of their goals is to be a part of developing single family homes with quality renovations for families to find home and memories in.  

They have proven to be a dynamic duo over the past almost two years as their portfolio grows, employees are acquired and their business continues to expand.  The premise of the business is most definitely not one-sided either.  They have a deep desire to create opportunities to propel themselves and others along in their business and personal goals.

An important aspect to this business-style and to keep the engine running is private money lenders for investments on multiple properties at the same time.  One of the hardest things as a start up investment company is having the revenue and capital it takes to acquire properties and renovate.  The ROI doesn’t come until the property then sells.  Having this money up front can pinch the ability for more opportunities for themselves and for others.  Grant and Johnny are currently in the process of creating relationships with those who are interested in private money lending for their business.  What this means is that a private money lender would put up, for example, $50,000 to purchase a property.  This would come with a no-risk guarantee, name on deed, insurance, a contract stating when funds would be returned plus the interest accrued through the process.  A private money lender accrues passive income simply by putting money on the table to make acquiring a property possible.

Another way you can benefit through the company is what is called bird-dogging.  What this means is you maybe see a home that needs repair or is up for sale and maybe slightly distressed.  All you have to do is record the address of that property and any sales info (If it is for sale) and report that back to us.  If that property is acquired, you are then compensated simply for pointing us in the direction of the distressed property!
