Johnny is recently married to his wife Kristin who is an aspiring real estate agent. Johnny sees an opportunity, has control of his investments, integrity, understanding the branch of ethics and how it’s important to run and scale business on those values. He strives to understand any given situation down to the nuts and bolts. Basically not just conforming because of someones else’s perspective or I told you so attitude and is great and building relationships.
Together, Grant and Johnny created G & C Acquisition and Development LLC with the vision of creating financial freedom and generational wealth for themselves and their children. Not only that but they have a passion for real estate and their community. One of their goals is to be a part of developing single family homes with quality renovations for families to find home and memories in.
They have proven to be a dynamic duo over the past almost two years as their portfolio grows, employees are acquired and their business continues to expand. The premise of the business is most definitely not one-sided either. They have a deep desire to create opportunities to propel themselves and others along in their business and personal goals.

Another way you can benefit through the company is what is called bird-dogging. What this means is you maybe see a home that needs repair or is up for sale and maybe slightly distressed. All you have to do is record the address of that property and any sales info (If it is for sale) and report that back to us. If that property is acquired, you are then compensated simply for pointing us in the direction of the distressed property!
